2. How do I get my cashback?

  • Rewards redemption system is in your wallet with transaction details once you log into your account.
  • We’ll send it to the email address you give us at checkout.
  • You can redeem your cashback at northeasttees.com  

(Required Minimum Purchase for cashback redemption. e.g. You generate coupon code for $5 and redemption is 50% then customer's minimum purchase value = ($5 x 100)/50 = $10)

 

3.  When will I receive my cashback?

  • You will receive a cashback email within 24 hours
  • You may view your cashback amount by logging into your Northeast Tees account. You cashback balance will be available in your wallet. 

4. How do I redeem my cashback?

  • You can access your wallet from your account page after signing in. The wallet will show your cashback balance. For you to redeem your  cashback balance, you can generate a discount code that can then be applied to your next purchase.

5. Can I return or make a price adjustment on an item that earned cashback?

Yes, of course! We’ll just have to decrease the value of your cashback.

  • Did you already spend your cashback?

No problem! If you’ve already used your cashback, you’ll get a refund in the form of your original payment, minus the amount of the cashback you spent.

  • Are you returning merchandise that was purchased with cashback?

Again, no problem. We’ll return the value of the cashback to you as Return cashback, valid for 30 days from the date of your return. ( certain exclusions apply. Please read our return policy)
